What we could not establish

The operator's closure notice (luckylandslots.com/closure) now redirects to luckylandcasino.com and the Wayback Machine holds no capture of it, so the closing dates rest on secondary sources.
The terms used (version 25.0, November 24, 2025) are a Wayback Machine capture from December 12, 2025; we found no later capture of the terms PDF.
Launch date not set: we found no iOS app and no dated launch statement; the archived rules mention an Android app download from the operator's own site.
The New York Attorney General's release of September 9, 2026 says VGW expanded its offerings to New Yorkers with Luckyland Slots in 2018; that is the agency's account, not an operator launch statement (S6).
