Ownership: Court filings in the seller's Chapter 11 case (In re Publishers Clearing House LLC, Bankr. S.D.N.Y. No. 25-10694 (MG)) say the court's June 30, 2025 sale order approved the sale of the debtor's assets to ARB Interactive, Inc., that ARB Interactive assigned its rights and obligations under the purchase agreement to PCH Digital LLC by a notice dated July 9, 2025, and that the sale closed on July 15, 2025 (Docket No. 193, filed July 16, 2025); the agreement sets the cash consideration at $7,100,000. AP reported in September 2025 (secondary) that ARB Interactive established PCH Digital. The official rules page says “As of July 15th, 2025, PCH is operating under new ownership!” without naming the owner. [S17]

What we could not establish

Game-specific rules for the nightly, State of Play and weekly Mega Prize drawings were not found at any live URL we opened on 2026-10-03.
We could not enter through the app.
No pch.com page opened on 2026-10-03 names the owner. The court filings name ARB Interactive, Inc. as buyer and PCH Digital LLC as its assignee; no document we opened states which company owns PCH Digital LLC, and that link rests on AP reporting.
