Ownership: Court filings in the seller's Chapter 11 case (In re Publishers Clearing House LLC, Bankr. S.D.N.Y. No. 25-10694 (MG)) say the court's June 30, 2025 sale order approved the sale of the debtor's assets to ARB Interactive, Inc., that ARB Interactive assigned its rights and obligations under the purchase agreement to PCH Digital LLC by a notice dated July 9, 2025, and that the sale closed on July 15, 2025 (Docket No. 193, filed July 16, 2025); the agreement sets the cash consideration at $7,100,000. AP reported in September 2025 (secondary) that ARB Interactive established PCH Digital. The official rules page says “As of July 15th, 2025, PCH is operating under new ownership!” without naming the owner. [S17]

PCH Official Rules page, Eligibility (undated), retrieved 2026-10-03: open to individuals who “are legal residents of the United States”, are physically located and residing in the U.S., and are “twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry”. The GWY M001 and W018 rules PDFs carry the same clause. No state is excluded by name; the rules say “Void where prohibited.” [S1]

On October 3, 2026 it linked GWY M001, a Chevrolet Corvette or $65,000 cash (entry period August 17 to October 31, 2026), and GWY W018, a $5,000 cash prize for each Tuesday-to-Monday weekly entry period. Neither PDF lists the PCH+ app as a way to enter; the App Store description says app play earns entries into PCH giveaways. [S2]

The feed behind the page (last modified September 29, 2026) lists 730 winners, 26 of them dated, from April 9 to September 28, 2026; the dated rows total $2,463,840. The winners-list address printed in the GWY M001 rules, pch.com/winnerslist, returned HTTP 404 on October 3, 2026. We found no independent confirmation of payment.

What we could not establish

We could not enter through the app; its in-app entry counts come from the store description only.
No pch.com page opened on 2026-10-03 names the owner. The court filings name ARB Interactive, Inc. as buyer and PCH Digital LLC as its assignee; no document we opened states which company owns PCH Digital LLC, and that link rests on AP reporting.
