SweepstakeReport Terminal · Effective October 15, 2026
Terminal terms of use
The rules for using the SweepstakeReport Terminal and the account you sign in with, in plain language. By creating an account or using the Terminal, you agree to them.
1. What the Terminal is
The SweepstakeReport Terminal (“the Terminal”) is a web app at sweepstakereport.com/terminal/app. It keeps a daily list of the sweepstakes casinos you choose to track. It shows which of their free recurring rewards are ready, in the order you set; it opens each casino's official site in a new browser tab; and it records the casinos you mark claimed, and when. Undo removes a mark.
Its directory shows facts about each casino taken from that casino's own rules, terms or help pages, with the date we last checked them, an estimate of the free coins each casino gives a day and, where a casino has one, its free sign-up bonus for a new account (section 8). The directory shows every casino the Terminal lists that is open in your state (section 5). These terms use “we” and “us” for Luck Incorporated LLC (“Luck Inc”), which owns SweepstakeReport and runs the Terminal.
2. What the Terminal is not
- It does not act in any casino for you. It never signs in to a casino, claims a reward, plays a game, buys coins or redeems a prize. You do all of that yourself, in the casino.
- It never asks for casino credentials. There is no place in the Terminal to enter a casino username or password, and we do not store them. Do not type a casino password anywhere in the Terminal.
- It is not a casino or a sweepstakes. We do not run any casino listed in the Terminal. A casino appearing in the Terminal is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a grade.
- It is not advice. Nothing in the Terminal is legal, tax or financial advice.
- It does not promise any reward. Whether a reward exists, what it is worth and when it resets are set by each casino and can change without notice. “Ready” and reset times in the Terminal are worked out from the casino's published cadence when we know it, or one calendar day where you are; the casino's own site is the final word.
3. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older to create an account. Some casinos set a higher minimum age, such as 21, and each casino's own eligibility rules apply to you there.
- The Terminal is not available in California, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, New York or Tennessee; Oklahoma from November 1, 2026. When a state's law changes, we may add that state to this list or remove it. Each time the list changes, we update it here, give these terms a new date, and the Terminal asks you to accept the new version. The Terminal stops working for accounts in a state once that state is on the list.
- You must give the state you live in and keep it current. You can change it in Settings once every 30 days (sooner when your state is added to the list above). The Terminal also checks the state your internet connection appears to come from and refuses access when it points to a state on the list, even if that check is wrong for you.
- Do not use a VPN, proxy or false state to reach the Terminal from a state where it is not available, and do not use the Terminal to get around any casino's eligibility rules.
4. Your account and password
- The Terminal is free, but it needs an account: an email address and a password. One person per account; do not share it.
- Your password must be at least 10 characters. Use one you do not use anywhere else, and never your password for a casino. We store only a salted hash of it, so we cannot see or send you your password.
- When you sign in, the Terminal sets one session cookie. You stay signed in for up to 30 days without use, and never longer than 180 days without signing in again. You can sign out of every device at once.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us at the contact address below.
- Password reset needs email, which is not set up yet. Until the Terminal sends email, a forgotten password cannot be reset, so keep your password somewhere safe. Email addresses stay unverified until then, and no account is removed for that reason. If you still have a subscription from before the Terminal became free and cannot log in, you can cancel it with the Stripe billing login link on the Terminal's Log in screen (section 6).
5. Free, with every feature
- The Terminal is free. Every account gets every feature, and there is nothing to pay for in the Terminal. You need a free account (section 4).
- What it includes: a directory of every casino the Terminal lists that is open in your state, a daily checklist and a personalized claim queue, daily reward estimates, free sign-up bonuses, reset timers, balance tracking, redemption tracking with in-app alerts, portfolio analytics, claim history insights, a priority ranking, a history of the amounts you record on claims, CSV exports and advanced in-app alerts. Every balance, timer, redemption and claim amount is a number you type in yourself; the Terminal never reads it from a casino. Its figures come from your own records and from the casinos' published or reported reward amounts; they do not predict future rewards, and the ranking is not advice about which casino to use.
- Your list. You can track any casino the directory shows you, up to 1,000. You can record the amount you receive on a claim, in the casino's own coin, and change or clear it later on any claim. It is a number you enter yourself; the Terminal never reads it from a casino.
- Most popular means most visited, by each casino site's public web traffic rank; the directory lists casinos in that order. It is not a grade or a recommendation. A casino you track that is no longer listed, or is not open in your state, is paused, not deleted, and comes back when it is listed and open there again.
- Nothing in the Terminal changes what any casino gives you, and nothing in it is a promise of a reward or of money.
6. Old subscriptions
Until October 13, 2026 the Terminal also sold monthly subscriptions, paid through Stripe and billed by Luck Incorporated LLC. Nothing has been sold since, and a subscription no longer changes anything in the Terminal.
- They end with paid plans. Any Terminal subscription still active on October 13, 2026 is cancelled on that date, and we refund the unused part of its current billing period. It does not renew, and you do not need to do anything.
- Stripe's billing page keeps your invoices, and you can also cancel there: in the Terminal, Settings, under your old subscription, opens it. If you cannot log in, use the Stripe billing login link on the Terminal's Log in screen, which sends a code to the email you subscribed with.
- Refunds and disputes on it are still handled. A full refund ends the subscription at once. Apart from the refunds this section describes, we do not refund part of a billing period, except where the law requires a refund.
- Deleting your account first cancels at Stripe a subscription that could still be charged. If we cannot cancel it at that moment, the account is not deleted and the Terminal tells you to try again or cancel first.
- Stripe keeps its own customer and invoice records, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- If your state is added to the list in section 3, we cancel a subscription that would still renew once the state's law is in force (for Oklahoma, from November 1, 2026) and refund the unused part of its current billing period.
7. Using it fairly
Use the Terminal for your own, personal list. Do not:
- automate it, script it, or copy the directory in bulk;
- try to reach another person's account or data, or test, probe or get around the Terminal's security, rate limits or state checks;
- overload it, or interfere with how it works for anyone else;
- resell it or the directory, or present them as your own;
- use it to break a casino's terms or any law, or give a false age or state.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
8. Casino facts and links
- The facts in the directory come from each casino's own documents, with the date we last checked them. A fact we could not find says “not published”. A casino's reward wording is quoted in its own words. Casinos change their rules without notice; each casino's official rules control, not the Terminal.
- Daily reward estimates. Beside each casino the Terminal shows an estimate of the free coins it gives a day, in the casino's own coin, labelled with its source: the casino's own site or rules, or review sites. Where neither publishes an amount it says so. An estimate is not a promise: amounts depend on each casino's conditions (streaks, balance limits, purchases) and change without notice. Sweeps Coins are not cash; each casino sets its own playthrough and redemption minimum. The Terminal never adds estimates up into a money amount, with one exception: the Portfolio shows a monthly estimate, in Sweeps Coins and in dollars at each casino's published rate (see Redeems at), both if you claim every casino every day and at your own pace over the last 30 days. It uses your own recorded amounts where you have recorded enough of them, and these estimates otherwise; casinos it cannot count are left out and listed. It is an estimate, not a promise or a prediction, and it is not cash: each casino's playthrough, redemption minimum and rules decide what you can redeem.
- Sign-up bonuses. For a casino that has one, the Terminal shows the free bonus it gives a new account with no purchase, in the casino's own coins, labelled with its source (the casino's own site or rules, or review sites) and the date we checked it. A sign-up bonus is published by the casino or reported by review sites, and it is not a promise: it is for a new account at that casino only, the casino can change or end it without notice, and it can need email, phone or ID verification, a promo code or other steps the casino sets. The Terminal shows free bonuses only, never first-purchase offers, and never adds sign-up bonuses up or turns them into money. Each casino's own rules control.
- The state line. The public pages of sweepstakereport.com can show figures for the state your connection appears to come from: how many casinos the Terminal shows there, how many of them show a free sign-up bonus, and the published or reported typical daily amounts, in Sweeps Coins and with no condition, of the ones with a confirmed free daily reward, added up for a month, as if each were claimed every day. That sum is an estimate, not a promise, and Sweeps Coins are not cash.
- Redeems at. The Terminal also shows the rate at which each casino redeems its coin, such as 1 SC = $1, labelled with its source (the casino's own rules, or review sites) and the date we checked it. Where neither publishes a rate it says “not published”. It is the casino's published rate, not a promise: whether and when you can redeem is set by each casino's rules, including its playthrough and redemption minimum. The Terminal never multiplies an estimate, a balance or a claim amount by this rate, except for the Portfolio's monthly estimate described above.
- “What changed” and the “Changed” mark list changes to the facts the Terminal shows for a casino, each with the date we checked it; they are a record, not a promise, and we can miss a change.
- Casino sites are run by their operators under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
- If you spot a fact that is wrong, tell us at the contact address below. You can also use “Report a change” on that casino in the Terminal; we re-check the casino's own pages before changing anything, and reports are never shown to other users.
9. Partner links
Some casinos, through affiliate networks, pay a commission when someone signs up or buys at the casino after following a link from us. Such a link is a partner link: we may earn a commission when you sign up or buy at a casino after following a partner link.
- Which links in the Terminal. A casino's Open buttons (in its details, on Home and in the Reward Queue) go through sweepstakereport.com/go/ until your first visit to that casino through them, unless partner links are off for your state. There our server decides at the moment you click whether to send you through the casino's partner link or straight to the casino's own site. The buttons look the same either way. Every other casino link in the Terminal goes straight to the casino's own site.
- Which links on sweepstakereport.com. The Visit buttons in the casino lists on the app database page (sweepstakereport.com/apps/: Our picks, Most popular and Underrated), and the Web link on each app database fact sheet whose brand is a casino the Terminal lists, go through sweepstakereport.com/go/ on every click, whether or not you are signed in or have an account. There our server decides at the moment of each click whether to send you through the casino's partner link or straight to the casino's own site, by the partner offers in force at that moment. These links have no first-visit rule: a click on one of them may go through the casino's partner link every time (see the point on when a click never goes through a partner link, below). Such a click records nothing on your account: it is not a first visit for the Terminal's Open buttons, and a first visit recorded in the Terminal does not change where it goes. The buttons look the same either way; on the app database page and its fact sheets, a casino that had a partner offer on the date the app database page shows carries a Partner label. Every other casino link on sweepstakereport.com, such as a source, official rules or app store link, goes straight to the page it names.
- First visit only, in the Terminal. On your first visit to a casino through the Terminal's Open buttons, if the casino has a partner offer and your state allows it (next point), the click may go through the casino's partner link. Through those buttons, a casino's partner link is used for your account at most once. After that first visit, or once you have recorded a claim at that casino in the Terminal, every visit to that casino from the Terminal goes straight to the casino's own site, whether or not you signed up there. Once your first visit to a casino is recorded, the Terminal never uses its partner link for your account later, even if the casino had no partner offer at that visit. Visits our server did not record, including any before this notice took effect, do not count. A claim you record at a casino counts as a visit, and so does every casino that was on your list, or where you had recorded a claim, on October 12, 2026, when first-visit partner links began. A click on one of sweepstakereport.com's casino buttons (the point before) is not a visit here. Your account keeps a record of your first visit to each casino; the privacy notice says what it holds.
- When a click never goes through a partner link. For the Terminal's Open buttons, your state means the state on your account, and our server never uses a partner link when you are not signed in; when your state is one where the Terminal is not available (section 3) or is on our own list of states that never get partner links; when your connection appears to come from a state on either list; when the casino is not listed in the Terminal or is not open in your state; or when your account or your connection has reached a small daily limit on partner links per account and per connection. For sweepstakereport.com's casino buttons, your state means the state on your account if you are signed in, and otherwise the state your connection appears to come from; our server never uses a partner link there when there is no such state; when your state is one where the Terminal is not available or is on our own list of states that never get partner links, or, if you are signed in, your connection appears to come from a state on either list; when the casino is not listed in the Terminal or is not open in your state or, if you are signed in, in the state your connection appears to come from; when the casino has no partner offer at the moment you click; or when your connection has reached a small daily limit on partner links from these buttons, counted apart from the Terminal's. Requests that are not a click you made on our own pages, such as link previews in messaging apps, search engine robots, pages your browser loads ahead of time and links on other websites, always go straight to the casino and are not remembered; so do clicks from browsers too old to tell our server what kind of request they are making. One exception: the casino buttons in your Terminal carry a short code tied to your account, so a copy of one of your own buttons' links, opened while you are signed in, counts as your click wherever it is opened.
- Partner status never changes order, estimates or ratings. It does not change the order of your list or of the directory, which casinos the Terminal shows you, the facts, daily reward estimates, sign-up bonuses or Redeems at rates the Terminal shows, or any rating or ranking on SweepstakeReport. On the app database page it does not change the facts shown or who appears in Most popular, which follows how popular each casino's website is on a public website-popularity list. The Underrated list there holds only casinos with a partner offer, and says so. Our picks are the editor's personal favorites, chosen without regard to partner status. A partner link is not a recommendation or an endorsement.
- Partner networks are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies. The privacy notice says what we keep about partner links and what a partner link passes on.
10. Who runs it
SweepstakeReport is owned by Luck Inc, which also runs Chance Infinite, a sweepstakes app. Chance Infinite is not listed here.
SweepstakeReport's rankings cover sweepstakes apps with a free entry route and do not rank sweepstakes casinos; the Terminal is a separate tool and gives no casino a grade.
11. Responsible play
Limits live in each casino, not in the Terminal: use the purchase limits, time reminders, cooling off periods or self exclusion each casino offers in its account settings. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER, free and confidential, any time, or visit ncpgambling.org.
12. Your data
Your list, the claims you mark and the other records you type in are yours. We use them only to run the Terminal for you, and the claims you mark, and your list as it was on October 12, 2026, when first-visit partner links began, also to keep those casinos off the Terminal's partner links (section 9), as the privacy notice describes. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time.
13. Ending your account
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the Terminal; you will be asked for your password. Deletion removes your account and everything in it from the live database at once. Backups that can still hold it expire within 30 days. A subscription you still have from before the Terminal became free is cancelled first, as section 6 says.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we need to in order to protect the Terminal or the people who use it. Where we can, we will tell you why. Closing an account cancels any old subscription on it; section 6 covers refunds.
- If your state is added to the list in section 3, the Terminal stops working for your account, but you can still sign in to download your data or delete the account.
- We may change or stop the Terminal. If we stop it, we will tell you in the Terminal first and give you time to download your data, and any subscription will be cancelled so that it does not renew.
- Sections 14 to 18 continue to apply after your account ends.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Terminal is provided as is and as available. We work to keep the directory accurate, but to the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the Terminal beyond the ones written in these terms, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular:
- Casino facts can change or be wrong. Casinos change their rules, rewards, coins and reset times without notice, and we can make mistakes. A fact in the Terminal is what we found on the date shown; check the casino's own rules before you rely on it.
- We do not control the casinos. We are not responsible for what a casino gives you or does not give you, for its games, purchases, prizes or redemptions, for its rules or its decisions about your account there, or for its site being available.
- The Terminal may not always work. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, free of errors or secure, or that its timers, reminders and alerts will always be on time or correct.
Some states do not allow implied warranties to be disclaimed, so some of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or rewards, coins or prizes you did not receive, arising out of the Terminal or these terms; and
- our total liability to you for all claims arising out of the Terminal or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Terminal in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limits apply whatever the legal basis of the claim. They do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Some states do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
If someone else brings a claim against us because you misused the Terminal or broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that we incur because of that claim, to the extent the law allows. This does not cover any part of a claim caused by our own fault. We will tell you promptly about any such claim.
17. Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms carries a date; this one is in force from October 15, 2026. We may change them, for example when a state is added to or removed from the list in section 3, when a feature changes or when the law changes. When we change them in a way that matters, the Terminal asks you to accept the new version before you continue; until you do, your data stays as it is and you can still download it or delete your account. If you do not accept a new version, you can delete your account, which also cancels any old subscription (section 6).
18. Governing law and disputes
Luck Incorporated LLC is registered in South Dakota. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of the Terminal or these terms is to be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota, except where the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else. Nothing in these terms takes away a consumer protection right that the law of your state gives you and that cannot be given up by agreement.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of them still applies.
