Who this is
Kyle Lewis is the founder of Luck Incorporated LLC, a U.S. software company started in August 2024. The company operates Chance Infinite, a free-entry sweepstakes app, and Impressions, an exchange for creator ad content. SweepstakeReport is its rankings publication, launched in August 2026.
He is not a journalist by training. He is an operator in the category this site covers, and the site exists because operating in it means reading official rules, alternate-entry mechanics, store listings, and prize records every working day. Most of what those documents reveal about which apps honor their free path never gets written down anywhere a player can find it. This publication writes it down.
The conflict of interest
Plainly: the editor's company owns the product ranked first and competes for players with some of the products reviewed here. The answer to that conflict is not a promise to ignore it; it is a method that does not depend on trusting the editor. The rubric is published in advance. The house product is scored on the same axes as every competitor, its deductions itemized in the same public ledger, and competitors' wins over it on individual axes are stated in our own copy. The corrections log is public and has already been used. Ownership is disclosed on every page. Read the Chance Infinite listing as what it is, the publisher reviewing its own product, and give it the extra scrutiny that deserves.
How this desk works
Research runs on primary sources: official rules, store listings and their purchase declarations, court and regulator records, archived copies, and dated user reviews, each with a retrieval date. Research and drafting are heavily software-assisted, including AI research tools; before major publications, claims are adversarially checked against their sources under instruction to refute rather than confirm. Every article and review carries his byline, and every published word is his responsibility. When something is wrong, the fix is dated and logged in public, and the record of what changed stays up.
