Reviewed, not ranked
We reviewed every sweepstakes app our census surfaced as a plausible candidate. Eleven are not ranked, and all eleven were re-opened October 1, 2026. Each entry shows its evidence so you can check our work.

A ranking is only as honest as its exclusions. We reviewed every sweepstakes app our census surfaced as a plausible candidate. Seven did not make the list. Update, September 25, 2026: three newer apps, WinnerWinner, Amin Drops and rafl, were reviewed on that date and are listed below as not yet rankable, making ten. Update, September 26, 2026: iFiftyFifty was reviewed on that date and is listed below as not yet rankable, making eleven. Here is each one, with the evidence, so you can check our work.
Update, October 1, 2026: all eleven were re-opened on that date.
Correction, October 1, 2026: after the September 26 addition, this page’s title, descriptions and structured data still said ten; they now say eleven.

Each note names its ground: purchase-tied (money buys entries, directly or indirectly), not verifiable (rules or drawings cannot be checked live), or defunct. Not yet rankable means the documents clear the no-purchase bar, but there is no public winner record or the program falls outside this national 18+ ranking.

Three grounds appear below, and each note names which one applies. Purchase-tied: money buys entries, or buys something that converts into entries, in the same drawings free players enter. Not verifiable: the official rules, or the conduct of the advertised drawings, cannot be opened and checked anywhere live. Defunct: the service is dead. Gold-coin casinos (Chumba, Pulsz, McLuck, Stake.us, Fortune Wins, LuckyLand, and kin) are excluded categorically and are not re-litigated here; see the gold-coin explainer, and the six biggest brands are now profiled from their own documents on the casinos page.
Update, September 25, 2026: a fourth ground, not yet rankable, covers the three apps added on that date. Their documents clear the no-purchase bar, but there is no public winner record to score, or the program is framed for an audience or a territory this national 18+ ranking does not cover; each note states what would trigger a full review.
Quotes come from each app's own rules, store listing, operator site or cited archive, retrieved on the dates stated, most recently October 1, 2026. We will re-review if an operator fixes the disqualifying condition.

Every quote below is from the named app's own rules, store listing, or operator site as retrieved on August 31, 2026, or from the archived copy cited. If an operator fixes the disqualifying condition, we will re-review; the methodology page explains how.
Update, September 25, 2026: every written exclusion was re-opened on that date; quotes inside the dated notes and in the three entries added on that date were retrieved on September 25, 2026, as each one states.
Update, October 1, 2026: every written exclusion and every not-yet-rankable app was re-opened on that date; quotes inside the October 1 notes were retrieved that day, as each one states.
WYN Sweepstakes (WYN Sweep): sells the entries it says will not help
- WYN sells entry packs from $0.99 to $9.99, plus paid memberships whose rules describe automatic daily entry allocations.
- Its own rules say a purchase will not increase your chances, yet they offer entry bundles and say additional entries increase chances to win.
- There is no mail-in alternate method in the rules; the free route is a daily claim inside the same app.
- Re-opened October 1, 2026, the rules and store listings were unchanged, and the purchase-tied ground stands.

Ground: purchase-tied. WYN (WYN Sweep LLC, the sponsor of record in its own rules) sells entries directly. The App Store lists in-app purchases from "500 Entries" at $0.99 up to "15,000 Entries" at $9.99, plus three membership tiers whose own rules describe automatic daily entry allocations. The Play listing advertises "boosting your odds with entry packs".
The contradiction is inside the operator's own rules document. Section 2 states a purchase will not increase your chances of winning; section 5.C sells entry bundles; and the odds section concedes that additional entries increase the number of chances to win. Both sides of that cannot be true of a product that sells entries, and there is no mail-in alternate method anywhere in the rules; the free route is a daily claim inside the same app. This is exactly the commercial tie our policy excludes, stated in the product's own documents.
Scale for context: about 259 iOS ratings and roughly 1,000-plus Play installs as of the research date; payout reports are self-reported store reviews only. Sources: App Store listing id6756941936 (IAP list); Play listing com.mycompany.wynsweep1; wynsweep.com/officialrules (Last Updated March 2026), all retrieved 2026-08-31. Re-verified September 26, 2026: the rules now live at www.wynsweep.com/officialrules (the old address redirects there) and still read "Last Updated: March 2026"; section 5.C still says "Where permitted by law, users may optionally purchase entry bundles", section 5.D describes paid memberships whose benefits "may include: Automatic daily entry allocations into eligible sweepstakes", and section 9 says "Additional entries increase the number of chances to win"; the App Store description (version 1.5.16, released May 20, 2026, 259 ratings) still advertises "Optional Entry Packs: Boost your total entries with optional packs or subscriptions". The store listing is titled WYN Sweepstakes Cash Giveaways and the app calls itself WYN Sweep. The ground stands. Re-opened October 1, 2026: unchanged on every point above. The rules still read "Last Updated: March 2026" with sections 5.C, 5.D and 9 as quoted, the App Store build is still version 1.5.16 with 259 ratings, and the Play listing still reads "Updated on May 20, 2026" and "boosting your odds with entry packs". The ground stands.
Play To Win: coins upstream of entries
- Purchased coins buy slot spins, and its own rules say spins earn sweepstakes entries into the same drawings free players enter.
- To its credit, the rules offer a real, unlimited mail-in free entry, and dated 2026 reviews report small PayPal cash wins.
- We also flag an eligibility floor of seventeen and two different mail-in addresses in the rules.
- As of October 1, 2026, the App Store still sells coins and Golden Tickets, and the exclusion stands.

Ground: purchase-tied. Play To Win (PlayChannel Inc., Glen Cove, New York) is a coin-bet slots and bingo app whose own rules connect the chain: each spin of the slots machine, regardless of bet, earns sweepstakes entries (a 1-in-4 chance per spin in the daily rules; one entry per spin in the instant-win rules). Coins are sold for money ($2.99 to $9.99 packs, plus VIP tiers to $39.99), coins buy spins, and spins generate entries into the same drawings free players enter. The store also sells "Golden Tickets", which the current release notes describe as entry tokens for its prize tournaments.
To its credit, the rules include a real, unlimited mail-in free entry (a hand-printed card per stamped envelope), and dated 2026 reviews report small cash wins paid by PayPal alongside a minority of unpaid-balance complaints. But a mail AMOE does not undo a product where purchased coins mint entries; that is the bundling our policy draws the line at. We also flag an eligibility floor of seventeen years old in the rules, below the 18+ norm for this category, and two different mail-in addresses in the same rules document.
Scale for context: 5M+ Play installs, 75.4K reviews at 4.2; iOS 3,772 ratings at 4.43; both builds updated August 2026. Re-checked September 19, 2026: 75.6K Play reviews, 3,793 iOS ratings, and the Android build was updated September 18, 2026 while iOS still dates from August, so "both builds updated August 2026" no longer describes Android.
Update, September 25, 2026: the Play listing (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.playtowingames.casino, retrieved 2026-09-25) shows "Play To Win Games" with In-app purchases, rated Teen, 5M+ downloads, "Updated on Sep 18, 2026"; the App Store build moved to version 4.5.0 with a currentVersionReleaseDate of "2026-09-21T19:12:49Z" (Apple lookup API for id 1487256444, retrieved 2026-09-25), so both builds now date from September 2026. The paid path into entries is unchanged and the exclusion stands.
Update, October 1, 2026: the Play listing shows 75.8K reviews at 4.2, rated Teen, with In-app purchases, "Updated on Sep 27, 2026"; the Apple lookup API for id 1487256444 returns version v4.6.0 with a currentVersionReleaseDate of "2026-09-29T15:58:43Z" and 3,827 ratings at 4.43 (both retrieved 2026-10-01). The App Store still sells coins and Golden Tickets, and the exclusion stands. Sources: App Store listing id1487256444 (IAP list); Play listing net.playtowingames.casino; support.playtowingames.net sweepstakes rules (edited 2024-11-25), all retrieved 2026-08-31.
SpinToWin: a $5 fee to receive your prize
- The rules charge a $5.00 advance fee to transfer a prize unless the balance exceeds $5.00, plus $5 monthly maintenance after a year.
- Coin packs are sold and the rules award entries per spin, so purchased coins sit upstream of entries.
- Historical payouts appear real, but we found seven dated unpaid-cashout reports from 2024 through May 2026; the Android build dates from August 2023.
- Both fees were still in the rules on October 1, 2026; the exclusion stands.

Grounds: purchase-tied, and pay-to-claim terms with a worsening payout record. SpinToWin (sponsor of record: LTV Games LLC, San Francisco) has the same structural problem as Play To Win: coin packs are sold ($4.99 to $19.99, plus a $1.99 "Extra Daily Bonus Spin" and weekly VIP subscriptions), and the rules award sweepstakes entries per slots spin, so purchased coins sit upstream of entries.
Then the rules go somewhere we have not seen anywhere else in this field: a $5.00 processing fee, payable to the sponsor via PayPal in advance, to transfer a prize (waived only when the accumulated balance exceeds $5.00), and a $5 per month maintenance fee deducted from prize balances after a year. Our standing advice is that legitimate sweepstakes never charge a winner to collect. Here the charge is written into the official rules. On top of that, we found seven distinct dated reports of unpaid cashouts from 2024 through May 2026, clustering after an ownership change, on an app whose Android build has not been updated since August 2023. Historical payouts appear real; the current record does not support listing it.
Scale for context: 500K+ Play installs at 4.0; iOS 10,874 ratings at 4.45 (10,879 at 4.44 on September 19, 2026; 10,872 at 4.44 on October 1, 2026, Apple lookup API for id 830842541); operator chain has churned (Spin to Win, Inc. of Waltham, MA, then Fuzzy Button Games Inc. as iOS seller, then LTV Games LLC as sponsor since at least November 2021). Sources: App Store listing id830842541 (IAP list); Play listing net.spintowinslots.androidnew; the official rules at http://rules.spintowinslots.net/mobile/info/spintowin_rules/ and terms at /spintowin_terms/ (the domain serves plain HTTP only), retrieved 2026-08-31; archive.org for the sponsor history. Re-opened October 1, 2026: the rules at the plain-HTTP address still carry the $5.00 transfer fee and the $5 monthly maintenance fee, the Android build is still dated August 31, 2023, and the iOS build is still 3.9.13 from March 3, 2025. The exclusion stands.
Vast Giveaway: a venue, not an operator
- Vast is a giveaway-hosting platform where brands and creators author campaigns, so there is no standing first-party program our rubric can score.
- Despite no-purchase boilerplate, at least one live campaign we opened gave bonus entries for paid actions, so read each campaign's rules every time.
- A public winners page lists ended campaigns; opening one shows the drawn winner.
- Re-opened October 1, 2026, nothing had changed: no standing first-party program has appeared, and the exclusion holds.
Read the full section (1 correction, 2 dated updates)
Ground: not attributable as one program. Vast (Vast LLC, vast.gg) is a giveaway-hosting platform: brands and creators author campaigns, and each campaign's auto-generated rules name a Sponsor/Manager of record, usually the third-party creator or brand. Some campaigns' rules name Vast itself (on our research date, the M80 x Hellcase hardware giveaway and Method's RWF Venomous Abyss giveaway both did), while the per-campaign disclaimer in the same rules template states Vast is not responsible for the management, execution, prize fulfillment, or legal compliance of hosted campaigns. What does not exist is a standing first-party sweepstakes program: no unified rules page, no prize-funding disclosure, just a rotating catalog of template-ruled promotions with different prize partners.
Correction, September 19, 2026: this sentence also said "no winner record", and that was wrong. vast.gg/winners is a public page listing ended campaigns, and opening one shows the drawn winner's username and a link to their profile. The exclusion does not rest on that point and is unchanged: what is missing is a standing first-party programme our rubric can score. There is nothing our rubric can score as one program; ranking Vast would be ranking a bulletin board.
Update, September 25, 2026: re-opened on that date. https://vast.gg, /terms, /winners and /rules each returned HTTP 200 with a 1,213-byte JavaScript shell and no readable text, so neither the terms, the winners page nor any rules could be read by a scripted fetch. The Apple lookup API for id 6761522423 (retrieved 2026-09-25) returns "Vast Giveaway" by Vast LLC, version 1.0 released May 11, 2026, rated 12+, 0 ratings, with no rules or no-purchase language in the description. No standing first-party program has appeared; the exclusion holds.
Update, October 1, 2026: re-opened on that date and unchanged. A scripted fetch of vast.gg, /terms, /winners and /rules still returns the same 1,213-byte JavaScript shell, and the Apple lookup API for id 6761522423 (retrieved 2026-10-01) still returns version 1.0, rated 12+, with 0 ratings. No standing first-party program has appeared; the exclusion holds.
One caution worth printing for readers who use it: despite no-purchase-necessary boilerplate in the campaign template, at least one live campaign we opened awarded bonus entries for paid actions (subscribing to a sponsor's Twitch channel), and a live campaign on the research date was co-branded with the third-party brand Hellcase. On a hosted platform, the free-entry promise is only as good as each campaign's sponsor. Read the specific campaign's rules every time.
Scale for context: the iOS app (id6761522423, Vast LLC) shipped May 2026 with zero ratings; the web platform has hosted several hundred giveaways over 2-plus years. Sources: vast.gg terms and conditions, per-campaign rules pages, App Store listing, all retrieved 2026-08-31. Re-opened 2026-09-25: vast.gg, /terms, /winners and /rules (HTTP 200, JavaScript shell, no readable text); Apple lookup API id6761522423. Re-opened 2026-10-01: the same four addresses (HTTP 200, the same 1,213-byte JavaScript shell); Apple lookup API id6761522423.
Robin: rules nobody can currently read
- Robin's site is back, but we found no official rules or winners page at any live URL we tried.
- The App Store description says the rules are available within the app, which we have not installed.
- Our listing bar is no-purchase entry confirmed from a public rules page we opened, so the exclusion holds on that narrower ground.
- As of October 1, 2026, the full review promised on September 25, 2026 has not been posted.

Ground: not verifiable. Robin (The Robin App, Inc. per its archived rules; Robin Tech, Inc. on the Play listing) is a young giveaway app whose store listings are live and whose binaries were updated in late June 2026. But the operator's entire legal domain, therobinapp.com, has returned an HTTP 402 payment-required error on every path since sometime after June 12, 2026, the date of the last working web.archive.org capture of the domain, including the terms, privacy policy, and official rules links that the store listings and the operator's own host portal point to. The rules exist only in the Internet Archive.
Correction, September 25, 2026: the domain is back and the HTTP 402 sentence above no longer holds. therobinapp.com returned HTTP 200 (Vercel) on September 19 and again on September 25, 2026, redirecting to www.therobinapp.com; /terms.html and /privacy.html open and are both marked "last updated October 27, 2025"; no path we tried returned 402. The 402 finding was accurate on August 31, 2026 and should have been updated when this page was re-verified on September 19, 2026. What has not come back is a rules page: the sitemap (https://www.therobinapp.com/sitemap.xml, retrieved 2026-09-25) lists four URLs, none of them a rules or winners page, and /rules, /official-rules and /winners each returned HTTP 404. The App Store description (Apple lookup API for id 6754417467, retrieved 2026-09-25) says "Official rules for each promotion are available within the app.", and we have not installed it. The exclusion holds on the narrower ground: no official rules at a live URL we could open.
Our listing bar is that we can confirm no-purchase entry from a public rules page we opened. An app whose rules are unreachable everywhere live, whose store reviews stop in January 2026, and whose draws have no visible evidence of being conducted does not clear that bar, regardless of the "No purchase necessary, EVER" promise in its store copy. If the operator restores its site, we will review it properly; the archived rules describe an eligibility floor of thirteen with parental consent, which we would also examine closely.
Update, September 25, 2026: the site is back, so that review is owed; its outcome will be posted here with a date. The Play listing (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Liebman.Robin, retrieved 2026-09-25) shows "The Robin App", "Updated on Jun 29, 2026", no in-app purchases, rated Everyone, 500+ downloads, and its written reviews run to April 29, 2026, so "store reviews stop in January 2026" describes the App Store only. No score or rank changes; Robin was never ranked.
Update, October 1, 2026: re-opened on that date and unchanged on every point above. therobinapp.com still redirects to www.therobinapp.com, which returns HTTP 200; /terms.html and /privacy.html still read "Last updated October 27, 2025"; the sitemap still lists the same four URLs; /rules, /official-rules and /winners still return 404; and the App Store description (Apple lookup API for id 6754417467, retrieved 2026-10-01) still says "Official rules for each promotion are available within the app." The full review promised on September 25, 2026 has not been posted yet; the exclusion holds on the narrower ground until it is.
Scale for context: 11 iOS ratings, about 500 Play installs. Sources: App Store listing id6754417467; Play listing com.Liebman.Robin; therobinapp.com (HTTP 402, Vercel deployment-disabled body); archived rules at web.archive.org (captured 2026-04-21), all retrieved or verified 2026-08-31.
Correction, September 25, 2026: the HTTP 402 entry records the August 31, 2026 result only. Re-opened 2026-09-25: therobinapp.com (308 to www.therobinapp.com, HTTP 200, Vercel); /terms.html and /privacy.html (200, "last updated October 27, 2025"); /sitemap.xml (four URLs); /rules, /official-rules and /winners (404 each); Apple lookup API id6754417467; Play listing com.Liebman.Robin ("Updated on Jun 29, 2026"). Re-opened 2026-10-01: the same addresses, with the same results.
Wave: Sweepstakes Arcade, reviewed defunct
- Its most-helpful reviews say Wave genuinely paid, but the app has not been updated since September 12, 2025, and later reviews document its collapse.
- The operator's domain, joinwave.com, expired and redirects to a domain-sale page, yet the live store listing still links to it.
- The store page still shows a 4.8 rating, but the operator has vanished: do not expect a drawing.
- Our October 1, 2026 re-check found no update, no newer written review and the same domain-sale redirect.

Ground: defunct. Wave (Upward Spiral Technologies, Inc.) was a free sweepstakes arcade that, by its most-helpful reviews, genuinely paid: a $150 PayPal transfer, a $50 gift card, a prize confirmed by a video call from the team. Its store listing is still live with 943 ratings at 4.8 (944 on September 19, 2026; 947 on October 1, 2026, Apple lookup API for id 6739902824) and looks healthy at a glance. It is not. The app was last updated September 12, 2025; from October 2025 the review feed documents the collapse in real time: broken sign-ins, silent support, deleted accounts, drawing dates pushed back, the cash leaderboard quietly switched to coins. The operator's domain, joinwave.com, expired around early 2026 and is now listed for sale, while the still-live store listing links to it for its website, support page, and privacy policy.
We publish this note because the zombie listing is a trap: an app store page with a 4.8 rating whose operator has vanished. Do not spend time in it expecting a drawing.
Sources: App Store listing id6739902824 (last update 2025-09-12); joinwave.com (redirects to a domain-sale page); archive.org captures of the live site (through November 2025) and the expired-domain page (April 2026); dated store reviews October 2025 through March 2026. All retrieved or verified 2026-08-31. Re-opened October 1, 2026: the Apple lookup API still shows no update since September 12, 2025, the newest written App Store review is still dated March 4, 2026, and joinwave.com still redirects to a domain-sale page.
Lucktastic, reviewed defunct
- Lucktastic retired on March 16, 2022, and its final $1 million jackpot contest closed to entries on April 7, 2022, per its archived shutdown notice.
- Both store listings are delisted, and lucktastic.com redirects to mobilityware.com, as we confirmed again on October 1, 2026.
- If a page tells you to download Lucktastic in 2026, that page has not been fact-checked recently.

Ground: defunct. Lucktastic, the free scratch-card sweepstakes app launched in 2013 by Jump Ramp Games and acquired with it by MobilityWare in September 2019, retired on March 16, 2022; its final $1 million jackpot contest closed to entries on April 7, 2022, per the shutdown notice archived from its own homepage. Both store listings are delisted, and lucktastic.com now redirects to mobilityware.com. Nothing branded Lucktastic operates today. It appears here because it still appears in outdated roundup articles; if a page tells you to download Lucktastic in 2026, that page has not been fact-checked recently.
Sources: iTunes lookup for ids 976708161 and 1459529288 (both delisted); play.google.com com.lucktastic.scratch (404); archived shutdown notice (web.archive.org, April 2022 capture of lucktastic.com); MobilityWare acquisition press release (GlobeNewswire, September 3, 2019). All retrieved or verified 2026-08-31. Re-opened October 1, 2026: both iTunes ids return no result, the Play page returns 404, and lucktastic.com redirects to mobilityware.com.
WinnerWinner: clears the document bar, no public winner record yet
- Its live rules say no purchase is necessary and offer a free web entry route; nothing is sold.
- It is not ranked because there is no public winner record; the winners list is available only on request.
- The rules name a $100 monthly cash prize, and since version 1.0.3 (October 12, 2026) the App Store description says $100 too; it said $1,000 until then.
- The rules put the first monthly drawing on or about October 31, 2026; a published draw with a named winner triggers re-review.
Read the full section (2 dated updates)
Ground: not yet rankable (no public winner record). Added September 25, 2026. WinnerWinner - Win Cash Daily (Winner 2x LLC, 3408 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Coral Gables, FL 33134, the sponsor and administrator per its own rules) clears our document bar on first reading. The official rules at winner2x.com/rules (retrieved 2026-09-25) open at a live URL, carry the legend "NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OR ABILITY TO WIN.", and describe a free web entry route separate from the app: "Alternatively, an Entrant may obtain free entries without using the App by completing the online entry form located at www.winner2x.com". Nothing is sold: no coins, no paid entries. Prizes are stated with an ARV in the rules, "Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) in cash" daily and "One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in cash" monthly. The App Store description reads "Winner Winner is a legitimate daily sweepstakes. No purchase necessary, no credit card required."
Why it is not ranked: there is no public winner record to score. The rules say "The Sweepstakes launched on September 10, 2026"; a notice dated September 22, 2026 in the same document says "No Monthly Sweepstakes will be conducted for September 2026"; and the winners list is available only on request ("send a request via email to [email protected]"). Our prize-credibility axis rests on a public winner record and cash actually paid, and two weeks in neither exists in public. Also noted: iOS and web only (Google Play searches for the app and for Winner2x on 2026-09-25 returned no listing by Winner2x LLC), and the rules carry a mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver. Re-review trigger: the first published monthly draw with a named winner.
Update, October 1, 2026: the monthly prize in the rules is now one hundred dollars. Section 6 of the official rules (winner2x.com/rules, retrieved 2026-10-01) reads "The Monthly Sweepstakes prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in cash" and "ARV of each Monthly Sweepstakes prize: $100.00.", and the operator's homepage shows a "$100 Monthly Prize", while the App Store description for version 1.0.2 (Apple lookup API for id 6767026501, retrieved 2026-10-01, 9 ratings) still reads "$1,000 cash on the last day of every month". The rules say the first monthly drawing "will be conducted on or about October 31, 2026"; winner2x.com/winners now redirects to a sign-in page, and the winners list is still available only on request. The re-review trigger is unchanged.
Update, October 14, 2026: the App Store description now matches the rules on the monthly prize. Version 1.0.3 (Apple lookup API for id 6767026501, released October 12, 2026, retrieved 2026-10-14) reads "$100 cash on the last day of every month", and its release notes say "Corrected the monthly prize amount shown in the app and in the Official Rules. The monthly sweepstakes prize is $100." The rules (winner2x.com/rules, retrieved 2026-10-14) still set the monthly prize at $100 and the first monthly drawing on or about October 31, 2026. The re-review trigger is unchanged.
Scale for context: Apple lookup API on 2026-09-25 shows version 1.0.1, first released September 8, 2026, rated 17+, 7 ratings (too few to cite). Sources: App Store listing id6767026501 (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/winnerwinner-win-cash-daily/id6767026501); official rules at https://winner2x.com/rules; both retrieved 2026-09-25.
Amin Drops: free tickets, item prizes, and a floor of thirteen
- The rules say there is nothing to buy; players earn tickets by tapping through free games.
- It is not ranked: the rules let 13 to 17 year olds play through a parent, and this ranking is framed for U.S. adults.
- Prizes are items, not cash, with only an approximate value in the rules, and we found no public winners list.
- The re-review trigger is itemized prize values and a public winner list, with age framing weighed on its own terms.

Ground: not yet rankable (age framing). Added September 25, 2026. Amin Drops ("The Amin Drops prize draw is sponsored and run by AMIN SHAYKHO LLC"; contact [email protected]; no postal address published in the rules; governed by Washington law) is a free prize draw, not a coin casino. The official rules at amindrops.com/rules (HTTP 200, "Last updated 1 September 2026", retrieved 2026-09-25) say "There is nothing to buy, there never will be, and buying something could not improve your chances even if there were." Entry is by playing free games: "You earn one ticket for every 100 taps across the games in that drop." The App Store description agrees: "No purchases, no subscriptions, no paid entries, and no currency to buy."
Why it is not ranked: eligibility spans "the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom" and lets 13 to 17 year olds play with a parent entering on their behalf, while Google Play rates it "Everyone" and the App Store 12+. This ranking is framed for U.S. adults, and every ranked listing is 18+; a program built to include thirteen-year-olds does not fit it. Also noted: prizes are items, not cash, and the rules give only an approximation, "Prizes have recently been worth around 500 US dollars", with per-drop ARV shown in-app only; winners are announced in-app and "picked live on TikTok" per the site's own schema text, with no public winners list URL; and there is no sponsor postal address in the rules.
Correction, October 1, 2026: this sentence said there is no sponsor postal address; the rules give none, but the sponsor publishes one. Its Google Play developer listing (play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aminshaykho.amindrops, retrieved 2026-10-01, and the same in our September 25, 2026 copy) lists AMIN SHAYKHO LLC at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901-3618. The point was not a ground for the call, which is unchanged. Re-review trigger: itemized ARV in the rules and a public winner list, with the age framing weighed on its own terms.
Scale for context: Apple lookup API on 2026-09-25 shows version 1.2, first released September 20, 2026, 2 ratings; Google Play on 2026-09-25 shows "Updated on Sep 24, 2026" and "1+ Downloads".
Update, October 1, 2026: the Apple lookup API shows version 1.3, released October 1, 2026, and 321 ratings; Google Play shows 133 reviews and still "Updated on Sep 24, 2026"; the rules are unchanged ("Last updated 1 September 2026") and amindrops.com/winners returned HTTP 404 (all retrieved 2026-10-01). Sources: App Store listing id6807227888 (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/amin-drops/id6807227888); Play listing com.aminshaykho.amindrops (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aminshaykho.amindrops); official rules at https://amindrops.com/rules; all retrieved 2026-09-25.
Update, October 14, 2026: the Google Play listing ("Updated on Oct 5, 2026", retrieved 2026-10-14) now carries the Contains ads label, its What's new text says "You may now see a short ad between some games, which helps keep Amin Drops free.", and its Data safety section says the app may share app activity, app info and performance, and device or other IDs with third parties. The official rules (amindrops.com/rules, "Last updated 5 October 2026", retrieved 2026-10-14) give no ad-based way to earn tickets: tickets still come from taps and the share bonus. The ground is unchanged.
rafl: a Mississippi-only program with local gift cards
- The rules say no purchase is necessary and offer two free routes: a text keyword or an NFC tag at a partner business.
- It is not ranked because eligibility is limited to Mississippi residents 18 or older, and the prizes are local gift cards.
- The rules for October 2026 list a prize package worth about $587.50 and allow one entry per person per month.
- We will re-review if eligibility opens beyond one state, with a public winner record.

Ground: not yet rankable (single-state scope). Added September 25, 2026. rafl - tap. win. repeat. (rafl Giveaways LLC; the App Store seller is listed under an individual's name rather than the company's; no postal address in the rules; Mississippi law governs) clears the document bar. The official rules at raflgiveaways.com/legal/official-rules (HTTP 200, retrieved 2026-09-25) carry "NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN." and describe two free routes: "Text the keyword WIN to (662) 290-7235 from your mobile phone and follow the prompts to create a free account." or tapping an NFC tag at a partner business, with "no method of entry receives better odds than any other." Points and a separate leaderboard contest exist, but "points do not constitute entries and do not affect the odds of winning."
Why it is not ranked: eligibility is limited to "legal permanent residents of the State of Mississippi who are 18 years of age or older", the store text says "Open to Mississippi residents 18+.", and the prize is itemized as local gift cards with "a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $ 500.00" for the September 1 to September 30, 2026 period, one entry per person per month regardless of activity. A national ranking has no place for a program open to residents of one state with prizes redeemable locally. Also noted: no sponsor address, and no winners-list statement in the rules. Re-review trigger: eligibility opening beyond one state, with a public winner record.
Update, October 1, 2026: the rules now cover October 1 to October 31, 2026, with a prize package at "a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $ 587.50" (raflgiveaways.com/legal/official-rules, retrieved 2026-10-01); eligibility, the two free routes and one entry per person per month are unchanged.
Scale for context: Apple lookup API on 2026-09-25 shows version 2.9.1, first released August 6, 2026, zero ratings; Google Play on 2026-09-25 shows "5+ Downloads", rated Mature 17+, "Updated on Sep 24, 2026". iFiftyFifty: a skill-tournament game with a $100 monthly drawing on the side
- Per its rules, iFiftyFifty is a skill-based tournament game with a $100 monthly drawing, so we do not score it as a sweepstakes.
- The rules say no purchase is ever necessary and offer free email entry; the App Store description no longer prints the broken rules link and says the rules are in the app.
- As of October 1, 2026, there is still no public winner record; ififtyfifty.com/winners returned HTTP 404.
- Both store listings now advertise a $5 daily and a $100 monthly gift card drawing and say the rules are in the app; the web rules name only the $100 monthly prize (October 14, 2026).

Ground: not yet rankable (skill-contest product; no public winner record). Added September 26, 2026. iFiftyFifty (App Store name "iFiftyFifty: Real Money Games", Play name "iFiftyFifty: Win Cash & Prizes"; sponsor and administrator 2Pens Media, Inc., P.O. Box 632, Morton Grove, Illinois 60053, per its own rules) is, in its rules' words, "a free-to-play, skill-based match-3 puzzle game with timed tournaments and a recurring monthly grand-prize drawing." The official rules at ififtyfifty.com/official_rules.html (undated, retrieved 2026-09-26) carry "No purchase is ever necessary to enter or win", a free alternate method of entry by email ("Limit one (1) email entry per Entry Period"), an odds statement, and an eligibility clause that opens the promotion to the United States "excluding AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, LA, MT, NY, SC, SD, and TN", 18+ (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, 21+ in Mississippi), plus Canada outside Quebec, the United Kingdom and Australia. Purchases ("such as in-app coins, spins, or Remove Ads") are described as optional and "do not increase your chances of winning prizes".
Why it is not ranked: the product is a contest of skill, not a sweepstakes. Section 6 of the rules lists the gift-card prizes ("Typical prizes range from US $5 to $50 ARV each") under "Tournament & Bonus Prizes", Section 7 says that for skill-based tournaments winners are "determined by leaderboard placement based on points earned through gameplay performance", and the headline random drawing is the "Monthly Grand Prize: US $100, paid via PayPal or equivalent digital transfer to one (1) eligible winner per calendar month." This ranking scores sweepstakes apps, where a drawing is the product; here the drawing is a footnote to a tournament game, and scoring the two on one rubric would compare unlike things. Two further gaps would have to close before a score could be honest even for the drawing alone. There is no public winner record: the site has no winners page (ififtyfifty.com/winners returned HTTP 404 on 2026-09-26), the rules promise notification only ("in-app message and/or email"), and the one disclosure route in the rules is for United Kingdom entrants, who "may request a copy of the full rules and the winner's county by writing to the Sponsor". And the rules link printed in the App Store description, ififtyfifty.com/rules/, returned HTTP 403 in two different browsers on 2026-09-26; the document is live at ififtyfifty.com/official_rules.html, which the operator's own homepage links, so this is a broken address rather than a missing document. Google Play rates the app Teen; the rules restrict entry to adults.
Correction, October 1, 2026: this note said Section 6 puts the gift-card prizes on leaderboard placement and that the $100 monthly drawing is the only random drawing. Section 6 lists those prizes under "Tournament & Bonus Prizes", the leaderboard sentence comes from Section 7, where it applies to skill-based tournaments, and Section 4 says "Additional shorter-cycle tournaments and bonus drawings may run continuously inside each monthly window", with Section 7 covering "random-drawing promotions (including the Monthly Grand Prize)". The rules are undated; we read them again on 2026-10-01 at ififtyfifty.com/official_rules.html. The call is unchanged.
Update, October 1, 2026: the store descriptions and the rules read differently. The App Store description (Apple lookup API for id 1609119039, retrieved 2026-10-01, the same text as the copy we retrieved on September 25, 2026) says "Spin the daily wheel to earn tickets." and "Tickets enter you into the 11:59 PM CST raffle." and opens the game to "legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, age 18+"; the Google Play description (retrieved 2026-10-01) advertises a "$100 DAILY CONTEST". The rules say spin-wheel features "do not directly award cash or gift-card prizes and do not determine the outcome of any prize promotion", name a $100 monthly prize, and exclude eleven states. There is still no public winner record: ififtyfifty.com/winners returned HTTP 404 and ififtyfifty.com/rules/ HTTP 403 on 2026-10-01.
Update, October 14, 2026: both store listings now describe a daily spin wheel with two gift card drawings. The App Store listing (Apple lookup API for id 1609119039, version 1.8.1, released October 12, 2026, retrieved 2026-10-14) is now titled "iFiftyFifty: Win Gift Cards", heads its notice "$100 MONTHLY AND $5 DAILY GIFT CARD DRAWINGS", says "Entries can be earned in the app or by free email entry" and "iFiftyFifty never sells coins, spins or entries", and no longer prints the ififtyfifty.com/rules/ address; its release notes say the Official Rules for the two drawings are now built into the app. The Google Play listing ("iFiftyFifty: Fifty Fifty Spin", "Updated on Oct 3, 2026", retrieved 2026-10-14) advertises a "$5 DAILY PRIZE" and a "$100 MONTHLY GIFT CARD DRAWING" and no longer a $100 daily contest. Both listings still open the game to the 50 states and D.C. The web rules at ififtyfifty.com/official_rules.html (undated, retrieved 2026-10-14) are unchanged: they exclude eleven states, name only the $100 monthly prize, paid by PayPal or equivalent, and say spin-wheel features "do not directly award cash or gift-card prizes". We have not read the in-app rules.
Scale for context: Apple lookup API on 2026-09-26 shows version 1.8.0 (released September 2, 2026), first released July 26, 2022, rated 17+, 676 ratings, categories Games, Casino and Card (on 2026-10-01: 679 ratings, and the lookup also lists Entertainment); Google Play on 2026-09-26 shows "Updated on Sep 13, 2026", "10K+ Downloads", 68 reviews, rated Teen. The App Store page we retrieved did not render an in-app purchase list, so we could not itemize the optional purchases the rules describe. Sources: App Store listing id1609119039 (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ififtyfifty-real-money-games/id1609119039); Play listing com.twopensmedia.iFiftyFiftyGame; official rules at https://ififtyfifty.com/official_rules.html; ififtyfifty.com homepage; all retrieved 2026-09-26.
What would change these calls
- WYN, Play To Win and SpinToWin would become rankable on their merits by removing the paid path into entries (and SpinToWin's fees).
- Robin needs rules at a live URL; Vast, a standing first-party program with rules, prize-funding disclosure and a winner record.
- WinnerWinner, Amin Drops, rafl and iFiftyFifty need public winner records, and rafl eligibility beyond Mississippi.
- Amin Drops also needs itemized prize values and iFiftyFifty a working store rules link, with the age floor and skill format still weighed.

WYN, Play To Win, and SpinToWin: remove the paid path into entries (and, for SpinToWin, the prize-transfer and maintenance fees), and each becomes rankable on its merits. Robin: restore the rules to a live URL. Vast: publish a standing first-party program, with its own rules page, prize-funding disclosure, and winner record, and it becomes reviewable. Wave and Lucktastic: nothing; the notes stand as history. Corrections and challenges are welcome; every claim above cites the document it came from.
Update, September 25, 2026: Robin's site is back but its rules are not, so its trigger is unchanged. For the three apps added on that date: WinnerWinner, a published winner record from its first monthly draw; Amin Drops, itemized ARV in the rules and a public winner list, with the floor of thirteen weighed on its own terms; rafl, eligibility beyond Mississippi with a public winner record.
Update, September 26, 2026: iFiftyFifty, a public winner record for its monthly drawing and a rules link in the store listing that opens; the skill-tournament product would still be weighed on its own terms, since this ranking scores sweepstakes.
