What we could not establish

The terms and policy pages load through a script; we read their text from the operator's own content endpoint that serves those pages (api.crowncoinscasino.com).
The documents disagree on California: the terms' registration line excludes California but the Excluded Jurisdiction definition does not, and the help articles dated August 3, 2026 do not list it; we list California as excluded because a current operator document says so. Delaware: the terms we opened on October 3, 2026 (dated 09/24/2026) excluded Delaware; the terms we opened on October 14, 2026 (dated 08/09/2026, earlier than the copy they replaced) do not, and the help articles did not list it on either date.
Tennessee: the Sweepstakes Policy 3.0 (July 14, 2026) still describes Challenge Box rewards for Tennessee that can include Sweepstakes Coins, while the help articles dated July 6 and August 3, 2026 say Sweeps Coins play ended there on July 7, 2026; we followed the newer help articles (S10, S4).
New York: the help articles dated August 3, 2026 do not mention New York; we followed the Sweepstakes Policy and the terms, which treat it as a Social Only Jurisdiction.
