Sweepstakes apps you can enter without buying a thing.

SweepstakeReport is a rankings publication for mobile sweepstakes apps, owned and operated by Luck Incorporated LLC. Every ranked app publishes a genuine no-purchase method of entry, every score follows a public 100-point rubric with each deduction itemized, and every app that came close gets a written note explaining why it did not make the list.

What does this take from you? Every listing answers before you install anything, using only these four words.

Money
You can spend it here, on purchases, subscriptions or entries.
Attention
Advertising is shown to you and the operator is paid for it.
Data
The operator earns from information about you, including anonymized or aggregated versions of it, by selling, sharing or licensing it.
Nothing
No revenue path touches you at all, and where that is the answer we name who does pay.
How the labels are applied, and the September 5, September 25 and October 1 updates

An app can take more than one thing. Where an operator's money path sits outside the app, a website membership say, the label names what the app itself takes, and the line beside it says where the money is taken.

Update, September 5, 2026: Chance Infinite moved from 80 to 81 (rules transparency 18 to 19) after the operator, this site’s publisher, shipped app version 8.2.8 with an App Store listing that reads Open to U.S. residents 18+, matching the official rules. Grade and rank order unchanged.

Update, September 25, 2026: the winner record adds Contest 3, @candychris, $200 over 8,659 entries, drawn September 21, 2026. Grade and rank order unchanged.

Update, September 25, 2026: two scores move on the re-verification; rank order is unchanged. Chance Infinite, operated by this site’s publisher, Luck Incorporated LLC, and scored on the same rubric as every other listing: prize credibility moves from 10 to 11 on a third completed contest, the first pool above the $100 floor. The winner record (luckincorporated.com/winners, retrieved September 25, 2026) reads “Drawn September 21, 2026 · weighted random draw over 8,659 entries · winner contacted and paid in full.”; that payment claim is the operator’s own, on its winners page only, and the public feed at b2see-backend.luck-inc.workers.dev/chance/winners (retrieved September 25, 2026) carries contest 3, candychris, amount 200 and entries 8659 with no paid field. Rules transparency moves from 19 to 18 because both store descriptions disagree with the Terms: the App Store description for version 8.2.15, released September 22, 2026 (Apple lookup API for id 6738285609, retrieved September 25, 2026), and the Play listing, “Updated on Sep 19, 2026” (retrieved September 25, 2026), both list “Play the games” under the heading “HOW YOU EARN TICKETS” and read “The more the community plays, the bigger the pool gets.”, while the Terms of Service (luckincorporated.com/terms-of-service, “Last Updated: September 19, 2026”, retrieved September 25, 2026) say in Section 5 that “Games are not a separate way to earn tickets: a game is played by staking tickets you already hold” and in Section 8.2 that the pool is “fixed when the Contest Period begins and does not increase as a result of player activity during that period”. The same one-point deduction was applied on September 1, 2026 for a store line that disagreed with the rules and withdrawn on September 5, 2026 when the text matched; it is withdrawn again when both store descriptions match the Terms. Total stays 81, grade A-, rank 1. The Play content rating, “Teen” with “Simulated Gambling” (play.google.com listing com.jeuxdevelopers.chanceinfinite, retrieved September 25, 2026), is recorded as a caveat only, with no deduction: that is the decision the September 19, 2026 corrections-log entry promised.

Update, September 25, 2026: Coinnect moves from 72 to 71 (rules transparency 14 to 13), grade B+ and rank 2 unchanged, for two further mismatches between its binding and its marketing documents. The winners page (coinnectapp.net/winners, retrieved September 25, 2026) itemizes “$55.00 Daily draws”, a prize category that Section 6 of the official rules (coinnectapp.net/official-rules, retrieved September 25, 2026) does not itemize: the rules name four-hourly tournaments, weekly Spin Wheel and Slot Machine drawings and a monthly $100 drawing, and the word daily does not occur. The homepage (coinnectapp.net, retrieved September 25, 2026) says “The game is rated for all ages 4+ and is completely free to download and play.” beside “Free to play. No purchase necessary. 18+”, while Google Play rates it Mature 17+ (updated Sep 24, 2026) and the Apple lookup API for id 1012750638 returns contentAdvisoryRating 17+ (version 7.1.2, released September 24, 2026). The same one-point yardstick was applied to Chance Infinite above. Grades are descriptive bands; no letter grade changed.

Correction, October 1, 2026: as first published, the second September 25, 2026 update above quoted the store heading and its first bullet as one line, “HOW YOU EARN TICKETS: Play the games”, with a colon the store text does not have, and quoted Section 5 as saying a game “is not a separate way to earn tickets”, where the Terms read “Games are not a separate way to earn tickets”. Both quotations now follow the source text; the meaning and the deduction are unchanged. Update, October 1, 2026: both store listings have been updated since, and the finding stands. The App Store description for version 8.2.17, released September 29, 2026 (Apple lookup API for id 6738285609, retrieved October 1, 2026), and the Play listing, “Updated on Sep 26, 2026” (retrieved October 1, 2026), still list “Play the games” under the heading “HOW YOU EARN TICKETS” and still say “The more the community plays, the bigger the pool gets.” The Terms of Service now read “Last Updated: September 26, 2026” (luckincorporated.com/terms-of-service, retrieved October 1, 2026), and Sections 5 and 8.2 still say what is quoted above. Rules transparency stays 18 of 20 and the total 81. Chance Infinite is operated by the publisher of this site, Luck Incorporated LLC. The Terms revision of September 26, 2026 also states a limit of 240 tickets a day on the passive route; nothing is sold, so free-entry purity is unaffected. Contest 4 runs September 22 to October 22, 2026, and no contest has been drawn since September 21. Total stays 81, grade A-, rank 1.

Update, October 1, 2026: Coinnect was re-verified and stays at 71, B+, rank 2. Its winners page now claims $975.00 and “148 gift cards delivered” for the last 30 days (coinnectapp.net/winners, retrieved October 1, 2026). The Google Play description now repeats the homepage claim, “No wagering. No slot machines. No chance-based outcomes.”, and links its official rules to coinnectapp.net/rules, which returned HTTP 404 (“Page not found”) on October 1, 2026; the rules remain at coinnectapp.net/official-rules, the address the App Store description links. Release notes on both stores (App Store version 7.1.4, released September 25, 2026; Play listing “Updated on Sep 24, 2026”) announce “the daily 10,000-coin draw”, a drawing the official rules (retrieved October 1, 2026) do not describe; the word daily still does not occur in them. No score changes on this date: the no-chance claim is the mismatch already counted, and the coin draw is the same kind of unitemized drawing as the Daily draws category counted on September 25, 2026.

Update, October 3, 2026: Winsome Rewards moves from 53 to 54 (free-entry purity 20 to 21) after its Official Rules, now dated October 1, 2026, raised the entry cap to 2,000 to match its free-entry page. It now shares third place with Prizes by GAMEE, which it matches on both published tie-breakers. No other score changed.

  • Sells ad slots to advertisers at a flat $100 per contest, and packs of completed survey responses at $20 per hundred, twenty cents an answer.

  • Runs rewarded video ads, and shares device data for advertising.

  • Sells gems and a premium pass, $0.99 to $29.99, and runs ads.

  • Sells and shares data about you, subject to your right to opt out. You link a debit or credit card read-only, and the operator earns from a consumer data panel.

  • Runs ads in the app and sells nothing in it, while the same operator sells $10 to $150 monthly entry memberships on pch.com.

Full evidence notes

These are real sweepstakes apps we researched for this edition and declined to rank. Every call below has a full written note with its evidence on the reviewed-not-ranked page, so you can check our work. Researched August 31, 2026, re-verified October 1, 2026; the four entrants reviewed on September 25 and 26, 2026 are listed last.

  • Excluded · sells entries · WYN Sweep LLC

    WYN Sweepstakes

Sells entries directly: in-app packs from 500 entries at $0.99 to 15,000 at $9.99, plus memberships that grant automatic daily entries, on a Play listing that advertises "boosting your odds with entry packs." Its own rules say a purchase will not increase your chances of winning, then concede in the odds section that additional entries increase the number of chances to win. A product that sells entries is not a no-purchase sweepstakes, whatever its rules claim.

  • Excluded · coins upstream of entries · PlayChannel Inc.

    Play To Win

A coin-bet slots and bingo app whose rules award sweepstakes entries per spin, regardless of bet size. Coins are sold for money, coins buy spins, spins mint entries, so purchased coins buy more chances in the same drawings free players enter. It also sells "Golden Tickets" that its release notes describe as tournament entry tokens, and its rules allow entry at seventeen. A real unlimited mail-in free entry exists and is noted; it does not undo the money-to-entries chain.

  • Excluded · pay-to-claim terms · LTV Games LLC

    SpinToWin Slots & Sweepstakes

The same coins-to-spins-to-entries structure as Play To Win, plus two clauses we have seen nowhere else in this field: a $5.00 processing fee payable to the sponsor in advance before a prize is transferred, and a $5 monthly maintenance fee deducted from prize balances after a year. Legitimate sweepstakes do not charge winners to collect. Seven distinct dated unpaid-cashout reports since 2024, on an Android build last updated in August 2023, settle the rest.

  • Excluded · rules unreachable · The Robin App, Inc.

    Robin

Robin's store copy promises "No purchase necessary, EVER" and its site is back, but we found no official rules at any live URL we tried, so the exclusion holds. A full review is owed; as of October 1, 2026, it has not been posted.

Read the full text (1 correction, 2 dated updates)

The store copy promises "No purchase necessary, EVER," but the operator's entire legal domain, including every terms, privacy, and official-rules link the store listings point to, has returned an error on every check we have run; the last working archived copy of the site is June 12, 2026.

Correction, September 25, 2026: that sentence described our August 31, 2026 check and was no longer true on the September 19, 2026 re-verification. therobinapp.com returned HTTP 200 (Vercel) on September 19 and again on September 25, 2026; /terms.html and /privacy.html open and are marked "last updated October 27, 2025"; the sitemap lists four URLs, none of them a rules page, and every official-rules path we tried returned 404. The Play listing (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Liebman.Robin, retrieved September 25, 2026) reads "The Robin App", "Updated on Jun 29, 2026", no in-app purchases, rated Everyone, 500+ downloads. The exclusion holds on the narrower ground: no official rules at any live URL. The rules survive only in the Internet Archive. Our listing bar is a no-purchase path confirmed from a rules page we opened live; an app whose rules nobody can currently read does not clear it. We will re-review if the site comes back.

Update, September 25, 2026: the site is back, so that full review is owed; it will be posted on the evidence page with a date.

Update, October 1, 2026: re-opened on that date and unchanged; the full review has not been posted yet, and the exclusion holds on the narrower ground until it is.

  • Excluded · defunct · Upward Spiral Technologies, Inc.

    Wave: Sweepstakes Arcade

A zombie listing: the App Store page is still up with a 4.8 rating from 947 ratings (Apple lookup API, October 1, 2026; 944 on September 19, 2026), not written reviews, but the service collapsed in late 2025 (broken sign-ins, deleted accounts, drawing dates pushed back, per dated reviews), the app has not been updated since September 2025, and the operator's domain now redirects to a for-sale page. It genuinely paid winners while alive. Do not spend time in it expecting a drawing now.

  • Excluded · defunct · Jump Ramp Games / MobilityWare

    Lucktastic

Retired March 16, 2022, per the shutdown notice archived from its own homepage; delisted from both stores, with lucktastic.com now redirecting to its acquirer. It stays on this list because stale roundup articles still recommend it. If a page tells you to download Lucktastic in 2026, that page has not been fact-checked recently.

  • Reviewed, not ranked · no public winner record yet · Winner 2x LLC

    WinnerWinner (Win Cash Daily)

Its live rules say no purchase is necessary and offer free web entry, but it is not ranked: no public winner record exists yet. The rules set a $100 monthly prize, and since version 1.0.3 (October 12, 2026) the App Store description says $100 too; the first monthly drawing is due on or about October 31, 2026.

Reviewed September 25, 2026. Clears the document bar: a named sponsor with a street address in Coral Gables, Florida, official rules at a live URL (https://winner2x.com/rules, retrieved September 25, 2026) headed "NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OR ABILITY TO WIN.", a free web entry form separate from the app, and nothing sold. Prizes are $25 daily and $1,000 monthly in cash, ARV stated. Not ranked because no public winner record exists yet: the rules say "The Sweepstakes launched on September 10, 2026", a notice dated September 22, 2026 says "No Monthly Sweepstakes will be conducted for September 2026", and the winners list is available only by email request. iOS only (App Store id6767026501, version 1.0.1, first released September 8, 2026); no Google Play listing by Winner2x LLC was found on September 25, 2026. Re-review at the first published monthly draw.

Update, October 1, 2026: the rules (winner2x.com/rules, retrieved October 1, 2026) now set the monthly prize at $100, ARV $100.00, while the App Store description for version 1.0.2 still advertises $1,000; the first monthly drawing is due on or about October 31, 2026.

Update, October 14, 2026: the App Store description now matches the rules on the monthly prize. Version 1.0.3 (Apple lookup API for id 6767026501, released October 12, 2026, retrieved October 14, 2026) reads "$100 cash on the last day of every month", and its release notes say the monthly prize amount shown in the app was corrected. The rules (winner2x.com/rules, retrieved October 14, 2026) still set the monthly prize at $100 and the first monthly drawing on or about October 31, 2026.

  • Reviewed, not ranked · age framing · AMIN SHAYKHO LLC

    Amin Drops

Its live rules say there is nothing to buy, but it is not ranked: the rules let 13 to 17 year olds play through a parent, against this site's 18+ framing. Prizes are items, not cash, and there is no public winners list.

Reviewed September 25, 2026. Clears the document bar: a named sponsor, official rules at a live URL (https://amindrops.com/rules, "Last updated 1 September 2026", retrieved September 25, 2026) that read "There is nothing to buy, there never will be, and buying something could not improve your chances even if there were.", and tickets that are never sold (App Store text: "No purchases, no subscriptions, no paid entries, and no currency to buy."). Not ranked because its eligibility sits against this site's 18+ framing: the rules open entry to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom and let 13 to 17 year olds play with a parent entering on their behalf, the App Store rates it 12+ and Google Play rates it Everyone. Prizes are items, not cash, described in the rules only as "Prizes have recently been worth around 500 US dollars", there is no public winners list, and the rules give no postal address (Correction, October 1, 2026: this said the sponsor publishes no postal address; its Google Play developer listing gives one, in Dover, Delaware). App Store id6807227888, version 1.2, first released September 20, 2026; Play listing com.aminshaykho.amindrops "Updated on Sep 24, 2026", "1+ Downloads".

Update, October 1, 2026: version 1.3, released October 1, 2026, with 321 App Store ratings and 133 Google Play reviews. Re-review if the age floor moves to 18 and a public winner record appears.

  • Reviewed, not ranked · single-state scope · rafl Giveaways LLC

    rafl

Its live rules say no purchase or payment is necessary and offer two free entry routes. It is not ranked because eligibility is limited to Mississippi residents 18 or older, with local gift card prizes; the October 2026 package carries a total ARV of $587.50.

Read the full text (1 dated update)

Reviewed September 25, 2026. Clears the document bar: official rules at a live URL (https://www.raflgiveaways.com/legal/official-rules, retrieved September 25, 2026) that read "NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.", two free entry routes (a text keyword, or tapping an NFC tag at a partner business) with "no method of entry receives better odds than any other," and one entry per person per month regardless of activity. Not ranked because it is a single-state, local-prize program: eligibility is "legal permanent residents of the State of Mississippi who are 18 years of age or older", and the September 2026 prize is local gift cards with a total ARV of $500 (Update, October 1, 2026: the October 2026 prize package carries a total ARV of $587.50, per the rules retrieved that day). The rules carry no winners-list statement and no sponsor postal address. App Store id6740057987, version 2.9.1, first released August 6, 2026, zero ratings; Play listing "5+ Downloads", Mature 17+, "Updated on Sep 24, 2026". Re-review if the program opens beyond Mississippi or publishes a winner record.

  • Reviewed, not ranked · skill-contest product · 2Pens Media, Inc.

    iFiftyFifty

Reviewed September 26, 2026, from the developer of Coinnect. Its official rules (ififtyfifty.com/official_rules.html, undated, retrieved October 1, 2026) describe "a free-to-play, skill-based match-3 puzzle game with timed tournaments and a recurring monthly grand-prize drawing": gift cards go to tournament and bonus winners, and the headline random drawing is a $100 monthly prize. Not ranked because the product is a contest of skill rather than a sweepstakes and no winner record is published (ififtyfifty.com/winners returned HTTP 404 on October 1, 2026); the rules address its App Store description printed until October 12, 2026 returned HTTP 403, and its store descriptions now advertise a $5 daily and a $100 monthly gift card drawing and say the rules are in the app, while the web rules name only the monthly prize (October 14, 2026). Re-review when the monthly drawing has a public winner record and the store listing links rules that open.

Two categories are excluded without individual listings: gold-coin sweepstakes casinos and giveaway-hosting platforms such as Vast, which host third-party promotions rather than running their own program. Vast's exclusion still held on October 1, 2026.

Two whole categories are excluded without individual listings: gold-coin "sweepstakes casinos" (Chumba, Pulsz, McLuck, Stake.us, and kin; see the explainer) and giveaway-hosting platforms such as Vast, which host rotating template-ruled promotions for third-party brands and creators rather than operating a standing sweepstakes program of their own (why that matters).

Update, September 25, 2026: Vast was re-opened. https://vast.gg, /terms, /winners and /rules each returned HTTP 200 with a 1,213-byte JavaScript shell and no readable text; the Apple lookup API for id6761522423 (retrieved September 25, 2026) lists "Vast Giveaway", Vast LLC, version 1.0 released May 11, 2026, rated 12+, 0 ratings, with no rules or no-purchase language in the description. The exclusion holds.

Update, October 1, 2026: re-opened again, with the same JavaScript shell and the same App Store record; the exclusion holds.

Chance Infinite

Luck Inc LLC (Luck Incorporated)

A-

A free mobile sweepstakes app: earn tickets, never buy them, and one random player wins the cash pool at the end of each monthly contest. Draws are published with a commit-reveal scheme.

Our publisher's app has the only perfect 30-of-30 free-entry score and is one of three ranked apps with no payment path, but two ranked competitors outscore it on operator track record.

Read the full text (1 correction)

The purest free-entry model on this list: the only perfect 30-of-30 free-entry purity score, and one of three ranked apps (with Coinnect and Winsome Rewards) with no payment path anywhere in the ecosystem. Transparency of the draw is unusually specific (HMAC-SHA256 commit-reveal, public winner record). Prize credibility is scored honestly against the published winners, $100, $100 and $200, and two ranked competitors outscore it on operator track record. It is also the publisher's own product, which is why every deduction is public.

Correction, October 1, 2026: this summary said “one of two ranked apps (with Coinnect)” and scored the app “against the published $100 winners”. Winsome Rewards, ranked since September 6, 2026, also has no payment path, and our September 25, 2026 update recorded a third contest paid at $200; both changes should have reached this summary on those dates.

  • Tickets earned, never sold. No coin packs, no card on file.
  • Half of reserved ad-slot revenue funds the cash pool, a term of the operator's Terms since September 6, 2026.
  • Public winner record and a commit-reveal draw you can re-run.
  • Published prizes so far: two $100 winners. We do not inflate that. Update, September 25, 2026: three winners, $100, $100 and $200 (luckincorporated.com/winners, retrieved September 25, 2026: "weighted random draw over 8,659 entries").

Every ranked app on SweepstakeReport publishes a no-purchase-necessary path we actually opened: free play that earns entries, an email or mail AMOE, or tickets that cannot be bought. We exclude gold-coin “sweepstakes casinos” (Chumba, Pulsz, McLuck, Stake.us, Fortune Coins, LuckyLand, and anything that requires buying coins to play), and we exclude apps that sell entries or sell coins that convert into entries, no matter what their rules claim. Those exclusions are written up, by name, on the reviewed-not-ranked page. A purchase does not improve odds. Official rules control. 18+. Every term we use is defined plainly on the definitions page.
