Sweepstakes casino rewards report, October 2026

A monthly count of free daily rewards, sign-up bonuses, redemption rules and excluded states across the 233 sweepstakes casinos the SweepstakeReport Terminal lists, read from each casino's own terms, rules and help pages (review-site figures labelled as such), with data as of October 16, 2026. Every figure counts casinos; no coin amounts are converted, added up or averaged.

Published October 20, 2026, with data as of October 16, 2026: the casino records behind the SweepstakeReport Terminal and this site's casino facts pages, checked October 3 to 16, 2026, each fact with its source and the date we read it. This is the first issue of a monthly series, published on the third Tuesday of each month. The next issue is due Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

Disclosure: this site's publisher, Luck Incorporated LLC, makes the SweepstakeReport Terminal, the free tool whose casino records these counts come from, and operates Chance Infinite, a sweepstakes app this site ranks. Our app database shows the editor's picks and lists casinos that pay SweepstakeReport a commission when someone signs up or buys through our links, and the Terminal can use those links too. This report carries no such link, partner status plays no part in what it counts, and it gives no casino a grade or a rank. Details: Terminal terms, section 9.

Key findings

  1. As of October 16, 2026, the SweepstakeReport Terminal lists 233 sweepstakes casinos; every fact this report counts comes from a casino's own documents or, where labelled, from review sites (casino facts pages, A to Z). In this period 1 casino left the list and is not counted here: DimeSweeps (left the list this period).
  2. Oklahoma's sweepstakes casino law has an effective date of November 1, 2026. In the state lists of the 233 listed casinos, read October 3 to 16, 2026, the documents of 21 exclude Oklahoma, 12 limit it (10 of them name a date there), 174 neither exclude nor limit it, and 26 publish no state list (Oklahoma, casino by casino).
  3. 207 of the 233 listed casinos publish a list of the states their terms exclude (read October 3 to 16, 2026, 182 of the 207 on October 6, 2026); the median list names 15 states, and the lists run from 1 to 31 states (every state's count).
  4. New York is the state these lists exclude most often (194 of the 207), and 7 states appear on none of them: Kansas, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin (casinos by state).
  5. Of the 10 states these lists exclude most often, 4 of them, Michigan (regulator or attorney-general action), Nevada (related law, not specific), Idaho (nothing specific found) and Washington (nothing specific found), each has no sweepstakes casino law in force in the SweepstakeReport State Database.
  6. As of October 16, 2026, 196 of the 233 listed casinos have a confirmed free recurring reward; 190 of them come back daily, and 14 of the 196 pay it only when your balance is low (a casino can be in both groups). Of the 198 with a recurring reward in their rules, 38 reset a set number of hours after a claim, 28 at a set time of day, 12 at the start of each day, and 120 do not say (free recurring rewards).
  7. As of October 16, 2026, our records show a sign-up bonus for a new account at 199 of the 233 listed casinos (98 as the casino states it, 101 as review sites report it); 157 of them include an amount of the redeemable coin (75 of those as review sites report it), and the conditions shown include confirming an email at 52, verifying a phone at 38 and an ID check at 15 (sign-up bonuses).
  8. As of October 16, 2026, the records of 163 of the 233 listed casinos give a playthrough rule before redemption, 88 of them 1x, 39 “1x up to 20x” and 1 none required, and 151 of the 233 publish a redemption minimum, 150 for cash prizes and 44 for gift cards (redemption rules).
  9. In the first 7 days of our document watch, October 10 to 16, 2026, the watch and our own re-reads of casino documents found 18 changed values in the documents of 15 casinos, among the facts this report tracks (5 in our October 14 to 16 re-reads); 9 of them add Oklahoma to a casino's limited or excluded states. The dates are when we read each document, and at least 7 of these changes were made before October 10, 2026, by the documents' own dates or our earlier copies (changes this period).

Oklahoma before November 1

Oklahoma's sweepstakes casino law has an effective date of November 1, 2026 (Oklahoma in the State Database). This issue is published 12 days before that date. These counts are what the 233 listed casinos' own documents said about Oklahoma when we last read their state lists, October 3 to 16, 2026, 182 of the 207 on October 6, 2026; an announcement made elsewhere counts only when the casino's own documents say it.

12 casinos limit Oklahoma rather than exclude it, by their own documents. 10 of them name a date there: Baba Casino (October 21, 2026), Funz Casino (November 1, 2026), Hello Millions (November 1, 2026), High 5 Casino (October 29, 2026), McLuck (November 1, 2026), Modo (November 1, 2026), PlayFame (November 1, 2026), Reel Casino (October 31, 2026), SpinBlitz (November 1, 2026) and TurboStakes (November 1, 2026). Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo name no date.

Reported, not in its own documents: TheLines (October 14, 2026) reports an October 30 cutoff for Stake.us in Oklahoma, with redemptions allowed after it, and cites no source; SweepsKings (October 5, 2026), quoting a notice a player posted, reports: “Starting October 30 2026, Stake.us will no longer be available to players in Oklahoma.” Stake.us's Terms and Conditions (Version 18.0) and its help article on restricted states, read October 14, 2026, do not name Oklahoma, so Stake.us is counted here with the casinos whose documents neither exclude nor limit it.

Partner status, from our partner list as of October 15, 2026: of the casinos this section names, Baba Casino, Hello Millions, High 5 Casino, McLuck, PlayFame, Pulsz, Pulsz Bingo, SpinBlitz, Spindoo and Stake.us had a partner offer on that date: each pays SweepstakeReport a commission, through an affiliate network, when a new player signs up or buys after following a partner link from us. This report carries no partner link, and partner status plays no part in which casinos it names or what it says about them.

The Oklahoma casino page lists the same casinos with their facts, and our earlier article, Oklahoma, November 1: where operators stand, looked at the documents of a smaller group of brands opened by hand on October 3, 2026; its counts and these cover different casinos and are not comparable one to one.

Where casinos' terms exclude

207 of the 233 listed casinos publish a list of excluded states and 26 do not; we read the lists October 3 to 16, 2026, 182 of the 207 on October 6, 2026. The median list names 15 states, from 1 to 31. 43 casinos limit play in at least one state without excluding it (for example Gold Coin play only). Chart 1 and the table sort the states by how many lists exclude each one, and the table gives each state's status in the SweepstakeReport State Database. A state marked (law) has a sweepstakes casino law in force or enacted there; the site's state pages for those states name only the casinos whose terms exclude them.

Free recurring rewards

As of October 16, 2026, 196 of the 233 listed casinos have a confirmed free recurring reward, such as a daily login bonus, a wheel or a streak; 190 of them come back daily. 198 casinos have a recurring reward in their rules: 2 of those are not counted as free, because 1 comes only after a purchase and 1 only to VIP members. The records show no recurring reward at 9 casinos, and no published rules on one for 26.

Forms, streaks and conditions

  • As the Terminal's records describe the rewards, 36 mention a wheel or a spin.
  • The facts pages of 53 casinos show a streak note: rewards that grow with each day in a row, or a ladder of days. For 10 of them the casino's facts page also answers what a missed day does.
  • 14 pay the reward only when your balance is low, and 5 pay it in the play coin only, which cannot be redeemed.

Sign-up bonuses

As of October 16, 2026, our records show a sign-up bonus for a new account at 199 of the 233 listed casinos: 98 as the casino states it and 101 as review sites report it. 157 include an amount of the redeemable coin (75 of those as review sites report it); the other 42 show only a play-coin amount. The free Sweeps Coins guide lists them A to Z.

Conditions the records show for a sign-up bonus include confirming an email (52 casinos), verifying a phone (38) and an ID check (15). Minimum age: 150 casinos set 18, 73 set 21, and 10 state none in the records.

Redemption rules

As of October 16, 2026, the records of 163 of the 233 listed casinos give a playthrough rule, the number of times a coin must be played before it can be redeemed: 88 state 1x, 39 state “1x up to 20x”, 1 says that no playthrough is required, 35 use other wording, and 70 give none in the records. A playthrough is a multiple, not an amount.

151 of the 233 listed casinos publish a redemption minimum: 150 for cash prizes and 44 for gift cards. Each minimum is in that casino's own coin, under its own rules, so this report counts them and never compares, adds or averages the amounts; each casino's page gives its own.

Coins

The records spell the redeemable coin 36 different ways: Sweeps Coins at 96 casinos, Sweepstakes Coins at 54, and 34 other names at 68 casinos, such as a brand's own coin; 15 records name none. Gold Coins is the play coin at 184 casinos. A coin is that casino's currency: coins from different casinos are never added up.

Changes to operator documents this period

Our document watch re-reads the pages each casino's record cites (see the method below), and we also re-read casino documents ourselves; the table says which found each change. The facts this report tracks are state lists, minimum age, rewards, sign-up bonuses and redemption rules; a change to anything else in a document, such as mail-in request rules or a version date, is not counted here. At least 7 of these changes were made before October 10, 2026, by the documents' own dates or our earlier copies. This first issue is a baseline: month-over-month comparisons start with the next issue. The date in the table is the day we read the document, not the day the casino changed it.

Also in this period, 7 corrections of our own records and 1 fact read for the first time, which are not changes by a casino:

Coverage

Our sweepstakes casino census holds 323 brands. 233 are listed and counted in this report. 59 are on our do-not-list, which keeps a brand out of the Terminal and off our casino facts pages, always with a reason: 3 flagged for non-payment by a review site; 16 tied to fish-table or distributor platforms; 5 closed, the domain gone or no operator website found; 35 not a dual-currency sweepstakes casino as researched (for example a social casino with no prizes, a sports or skill product, a single-currency model, or a purchase required before any prize redemption). 31 more are marked unclear in the census and are not listed. We do not record closure dates yet, so this report gives no count of casinos that closed.

Left the list this period

  • DimeSweeps: our document watch saw its cited pages change on October 12, 2026; when we re-read it on October 15, 2026, dimesweeps.com and its promotions page led to Rips, a paid pack-opening product with deposits and withdrawals in US dollars, and the daily wheel was gone. It is on our do-not-list now, so it is in no count in this report.

Leaving the list is not a closure: we do not record closure dates, so this report counts no casino as closed.

Method and limitations

  • Listed means a casino the SweepstakeReport Terminal lists: an active dual-currency sweepstakes casino in our census, not on the do-not-list. Each fact comes from the casino's own documents where they publish it, with the date we read it.
  • A state list is what the terms say. It does not show whether a site blocks a state, what an operator enforces, or what any law requires. A casino's state list is the one we last read, so a count can trail a document changed since; each casino page gives its date.
  • Where we read from. We read from New York, which many casinos exclude, and some casino pages refuse that location. The records of 6 casinos note a fact read through a search-engine copy of a page that refused us.
  • What the watch sees. Our document watch re-reads the pages the casino records cite, not every page a casino publishes: 1,043 addresses for the listed casinos, 780 of them on the casinos' own sites. A page that blocks our reader is skipped that day, and a change on a page no record cites is not seen by the watch. The changes counted here are what the watch found on those pages and what our own re-reads of casino documents found; the changes table marks which.
  • Who states the numbers. The daily amounts behind the Terminal's estimates are stated by the casino for 26 casinos, reported by review sites for 158, and published by neither for 49; sign-up bonuses are stated by the casino for 98 and reported by review sites for 101. Review-site figures are labelled as such wherever they appear. This report counts rewards by how they work and prints no amounts.
  • Why two counts differ. 198 casinos have a recurring reward in their rules; 196 count as free, because the other 2 come only after a purchase or to VIP members. The records hold a sign-up bonus for 217 casinos and 199 are shown: a bonus is shown only when the record gives an amount of play coins or of a named redeemable coin and says who states it, and the other 18 give no amount of play coins or of a named redeemable coin.
  • Changes. Our change log records three kinds of entry: a fact recorded for the first time, a refreshed date stamp, and a changed value. Only a changed value found by re-reading a casino's own document can be a change by the casino, and each one is classified by hand as a change to the operator's document, a fact read for the first time, or a correction of our own record. The first issue is a baseline, because the watch began on October 10, 2026; month-over-month comparisons start with the next issue.
  • A reported change awaiting a re-read. In this period our document watch saw a change on a page cited for the facts of 25 casinos: Acebet.cc, Deal or No Deal Win, Funrize, Funz Casino, Hello Millions, Jackpota, Joe Casino, Jumbo88, Luck Party, Lucky Bits Vegas, Lucky Buddha, McLuck, PlayFame, Playtana, RealPrize, Scarlet Sands, Soprize, SpinBlitz, SpinQuest, Spree, Stackr Casino, SweepsRoyal, Tang Luck, VegaWin and Zoot. Nobody has re-read those pages yet, so their facts are counted here as we last read them.
  • Coins. All amounts stay in each casino's own coin, as each casino writes it. Coins from different casinos are different currencies under different rules: nothing here is converted to dollars, added up or averaged, and a coin is not cash.

Data downloads and how to cite

The data of this issue is frozen as published: JSON and CSV (one row per casino, with the states each one's terms exclude and limit, its reward, sign-up and redemption facts, and the dates we read them). Both are licensed CC BY 4.0; a casino's quoted wording is its own text and is not covered by the license. The live casino data changes every day; these files never change after release, except an appended dated correction.
