What we could not establish

Launch date not set: we found no Global Poker play app on the App Store (the VGW Holdings app Global Poker Clock is a blind-timer utility) and no dated launch statement by the operator.
A Google Play listing titled Global Poker is published by a developer that the operator's documents do not name; we did not link it.
The New York Attorney General's release of September 9, 2026 says VGW expanded its offerings to New Yorkers with Global Poker in 2016; that is the agency's account, not an operator launch statement (S4).
