A handwritten 4 x 6 inch index card in a #10 envelope posted from the same state as the verified residential address to a PO Box in Watertown, New York, one entry per outer envelope, with a 12-digit Envelope Request Code generated in the account that expires 30 days after it is displayed; 3 Sweepstakes Coins per request (section 6E). Sells: Gold Coin packs; specifically marked packs include Sweepstakes Coins as a free bonus (Sweepstakes Official Rules 6B). Gold Coin purchases may be made with funds added to a Wallet under section 12 of the terms.
