Free entry (AMOE): No. The sweepstakes rules at pulsz.com/sweepstakes-rules showed a login prompt on 2026-10-03, so the current free-entry terms could not be read. The Indiana notice says codes stopped being generated for Indiana from May 4, 2026. [S3]
Sells: Virtual Coin purchases (Terms of Use section 6). The public pages we opened do not say whether packages include Sweepstakes Coins.
How it makes money: Sells Virtual Coin packages (Terms of Use section 6); the terms say that, except for no-purchase-necessary promotional contests or giveaways, no prize can be won while playing the games (clause 2.1).

What we could not establish

The sweepstakes rules were behind a login on 2026-10-03; free-entry mechanics, redemption minimums and coin values are not in any public document we opened.
The help article How old do you have to be to play at Pulsz casino? (edited July 21, 2025) lists a shorter state list than the current terms; we used the terms dated September 1, 2026.
Gambling Insider reported on September 30, 2026 that Pulsz removed Mississippi from its Gold Coin-only list (secondary); the operator's terms and help page that we opened on 2026-10-03 still name Mississippi.
This record does not catalogue lawsuits or regulator actions naming the brand or its operator.
