A standard postcard or 4 x 6 inch white paper in a stamped envelope to Sweepsteaks Limited at a Dallas, Texas address, carrying a unique postcard code from the operator's code generator (unique to each customer); 5 free Stake Cash per valid card (clauses 8.2 and 8.3). Sells: Gold Coin packs; specifically marked packs may carry promotional Stake Cash as a bonus (clause 8.2(b)). The terms say Stake Cash cannot be purchased.

A Google Play listing titled Stake US - Casino & Slots is published by HAYALINE PRIVATE LIMITED, a developer the operator's documents do not name, and the operator's help center names only iOS apps; we did not link it.
The terms page returns an HTTP 403 challenge to scripted requests; we read the full page rendered in a browser (evidence/stake_us_terms_v18-0_full.txt).
