Launch date not set: the iOS app High 5 Casino - Slots & Casino (id 673354210) was first released 2013-11-08 per Apple's lookup API, but its seller is High 5 Casino LLC, a name the operator's documents we opened do not use.
The operator's States Where High 5 Casino Operates page (titled Updated September 2026) is internally inconsistent: its table marks Iowa Yes and Washington No while its restricted list includes Iowa and omits Washington. We used the rules and terms.
